Aspen Ladd's fight sport experience began at 14 years old. Along with BJJ She also took classes in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. In the age of 18, she made her debut as an amateur at WCFC. Ladd gained momentum from this victory and then went on to a three-fight winning streak at Ultimate Reno Combat finishing her opponents within the first round in each fight. Aspen then fought Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) as the weight of a "catchweight"(138.1lb), because Ladd was unable to put on the weight. Aspen, however, defeated Hoy by using TKO. The Invicta Fight Night 21 was her last bout with the company. The winner was Sijara Ebanks by unanimous decision. Aspen Ladd's UFC debut took place at UFC Fight Night 118 when she fought Lina Lansberg. She outclassed Lina as she ground-and-pound pounded her for a TKO win in the second round. When she next faced Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was even more stunning. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the opening round. The winner also got the reward for her performance on the night. Ladd fought in her debut big fight in her debut fight at the UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and. Lee rematch against Sijara Ebanks. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie put an end to Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. The third time she fought on UFC in ESPN 7, she defeated Yana Kunitskaya. As a replacement she took on Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
