Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler, a Z-grade film reviewer, is renowned for her morbid appreciation of stupid action as well as horror films. She began reviewing movies at the end of 2009 when she became well-known in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) Then she was asked to join Channel Awesome. Channel Awesome team. At the beginning of 2015, she joined the channel when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. She currently hosts two podcasts. One covering the Charmed franchise and the other co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. It reviews horrendous movies geared towards children, RiffTrax and live shows. There are also times when it features adult-oriented comedy. After reviewing films in 2009 her name was a hit through the Channel Awesome forums. Prior to joining the official team that comprises Channel Awesome reviewers, she was a household name. She's been featured in numerous Channel Awesome series, from Atop the Fourth Wall through Phelous & the Movies. She along with Doug Walker were once members of Channel Awesome. They would often appear on episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
